Donations

The staff of Bichons FurKids is paid only in the love of what we do. Your total contribution will be used to offset expenses and rescue the next group of furkids who will show up, most predictably, each week- to steal our hearts once again. Your donation is tax deductible so please click on the button below and contribute whatever you can. We, and future bichon furkids, thank you!

Each week BFK takes in dogs that need extra medical care and who, without surgery, would be put to sleep. We place them in loving foster homes where they can recover, physically and mentally. Our foster moms and dads dedicate themselves to healing these ‘kids’ and our wonderful vets provide the ongoing care they need to mend and heal. Each of these precious fur kids has a story – and all will have happy endings.

If you care to support us with a onetime donation or would like to sponsor a pup during its recovery, please make a donation – and know that your contribution will help these little ones to once again be whole.

My name is Chance because I have been given a second chance by Bichon FurKids. I’m a little puppy about 12 pounds who was hit by a car. I’m getting some pins and wires to help my leg heal and will be recovering for a few weeks. Then I’ll be able to run and play.

If you want to donate to Chance's fund to help with his surgery please click the donation link below. We will apply your donation to his care and send you a receipt.

My name is Toby and I am a darling little bichon boy who was hit by a car - and then abandoned. I had been sitting in the shelter without anything stronger than 'doggy asprin' yet I have been patient. I was hoping that someone would take care of me and help me to get better. And now I am going to get the treatment I need to heal.

This little guy will need surgery.  If you want to donate to Toby's fund please click the donation link below. We will apply your donation to his care and send you a receipt.

Toby and all of us at Bichon FurKids thank YOU.

Trooper has more than lived up to his name! He is a tiny boy that was hit by a car and brought, by a Good Samaritan, to a local shelter. While they tended to his needs as best they could, Trooper had given up hope of being a normal, happy puppy once again.

When Bichon FurKids brought him to Stonecreek, he got the kind of medical care he needed and is now recovering. Soon we expect Trooper to be able to go to his foster home and to complete his recovery.

Gabriel truly had an angel looking over his shoulder – as he was found in the middle of the road, laying there to avoid being hit. Gabriel is a young guy with genetic cataracts so he can see ‘well enough’ to not be hit… but not that well.

Gabriel will need cataract surgery so he can the rest of his long life having perfect vision.

Will you help us to save Gabriel’s vision?
